Hi Steve,
What's the results when you run the following in the command line in
Clonezilla live:
1. sudo su -
2. cat /proc/partitions
3. fdisk -l /dev/sda (replace sda with your device name)
4. parted -s /dev/sda print (replace sda with your device name)

Please post the results of 2-4.
