Nope, routers do just that, route. If you still want dns to be setup automagically you'll have to setup a dhcp server. You can have the server send out predetermined ip addresses based on the mac address of the computer requesting it. If you want to manually setup each computers ip address (why?) you can still use dhcp, but setup your dhcp.conf file to only request dns from the dhcp server.
