Great support if you pay for it, maybe. Their response to questions on the list is slow as molasses (if they answer at all) and its going to take 2-3 for a fix to the MyODBC drivers to be put into the public CVS despite the fact that the fixes were finished last night by one of there own staff. I bet I could have the fixed version of the driver today if I paid for support though. From what I understand, they had to get slapped up side the head by Sun to even fix the ODBC driver. (It doesn't report permissions properly so StarOffice/OpenOffice can only access a MySQL database as read only.) And don't get me started on their crappy mailinglists. It took 2 days last week to register for two of the lists and then when I send a message they have all the bounces directed back to me the original sender so that I received like 50 bounces and auto-response messages.
