LOL ... you know, it took me forever to figure out analog clocks as a child.
but once i did they made all the sense in the world and i love them dearly to
this day. i find digital clocks annoying and nearly useless.
setting digital clocks is also a pain in the patoot compared to setting an
analog. it often means holding several buttons down at once in some odd
manner or pressing them over and over again. with an analog just pop the pin
and swoooooosh.
interesting how often the pin on a spring wound analog has two modes: a wind
mode and a set-the-time (aka edit) mode, seperated by popping the pin in an
out.
hmmmmmm... perhaps you've stumbled onto something with your clock/editor
analogy ;-)
