To get all those things from one distro. You may want Mandrake but I have heard that 9.0 doesn't allow you to setup software RAID during install which could be an issue.

I would stay away from RedHat 8.0 for now. 8.1 is coming soon and early beta testing on 8.2 has started (Private Beta not public).

RedHat 7.3 is still a pretty good solution and very stable.
