I should also mention that the version of McAfee for Linux is the command line scanner, not the McAfee Webshield SMTP product you are using. Postfix passes the email to Amavis which runs it through McAfee's command line scanner and SpamAssassin, once Amavis is done with it, it passes it back to Postfix.
