Here is the package you want:
ftp://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/SuSE-Linux/suse/i386/8.2/suse/i586/kernel-source-2.4.20.SuSE-62.i586.rpm
It should be on the CDs as well, you can do a search for kernel-source
in Yast2. It will also work with a kernel from kernel.org but be
prepared because you will have to compile the kernel yourself, and then
boot with that kernel instead of the suse one in order to get the VMWare
module to work.
