No problem, however if you have the time (and patience :), I would
recommend you re-rip to OGG from the original CD medium if you can. 
Converting from MP3 to OGG results in lower quality OGG files, although
you may be lucky and get a OGG file of the same quality at the most.  If
you don't want to or can't then there is a perl script mp32ogg
(http://faceprint.com/code/) that seems to be pretty popular.
