Hi
I'm trying out SUSE 8.2 and its being difficult about the
CDRom and CDRW.
They were working but now when I try clicking on the
icon to read the contents of the CD all the icons blank
off the screen then come back but nothing else happens.
When I try to eject by pushing the button or selecting
eject on the menu it just says eject failed.
If I remember correctly there were folders in my /
along with bin boot etc that said cdrom and cdrecorder,
but they are no longer there.
There are folders in /media which do say cdrom cdrecorder.
I'm sure this is just very basic stuff but at the moment
I its just beyond me.
Any suggestions?
