Personally to my point of view it is a complete waste of resources. Midnight Commander is all the "graphical environment" which may be needed for configuration and maintenance.

A random question, just because I'm curious what others think on the subject: When setting up a Linux server, do you install X? Do you think it's nice to work in a graphical environment when maintaining the server, or do you think it's a waste of resources? Just wondering what the group thinks.
