BTW here is the error message with the source...

I would prefer a RPM but just getting the app to work is all I need.

Hello all, I didn't want to deal with this issue unless I had too adn that came today. Microsoft dropped older Thrid-Party IMs (http://slashdot.org/articles/03/10/16/0253253.shtml?tid=109&tid=185&tid=187) I was running GAim 0.59.9 under Redhat 7.3 without any issues, but today I logged in and I wasn't able to login to MSN. So time to upgrade since this issues was solved with newer versions of GAIM... now I attempted to look for an RPM and couldn't find one for RH73. So I downloaded the source and tried that method. I kept running into the issue that GTK2 and GLIB2 needed to be installed.

*****
[EMAIL PROTECTED] gaim-0.71]# rpm -qa | grep gtk
gtk+-1.2.10-11
...
gtk2-2.0.2-4
[EMAIL PROTECTED] gaim-0.71]# rpm -qa | grep glib
glibc-devel-2.2.4-13
glibc-common-2.2.4-13
glib2-2.0.1-2
glib-devel-1.2.10-5
glibc-2.2.4-13
glib-1.2.10-5
[EMAIL PROTECTED] gaim-0.71]#
*****

Now this is my work computer so I can't mess around too much but I also require MSN since it is quicker to get simple responses than Email with co-workers. Does anyone have any suggestions?
