The text of the message is contradictory. If they are a M$ employee,
working on their own, why do the then use the royal "we" in the last
paragraph.

Also, why the attempted legal prattle at the end, "you give M$ full
permission...", "We will not provide compensation...". The second
paragraph is too mass produced to be a single, interested person.

This seems (at first blush to be) at best a clumsy attempt by M$ to peer
into the heads of the OSC, and at worst, a bad joke by someone with too
much time on their hands.
