...mdk 9.2 seems to have problems with hardware detection. On my laptop 
[Toshiba Satellite 5200] I managed to get it to install but had to kill 
harddrake from init or it would lock up completely. 9.1 works much better to 
date. Haven't tried Fedora on it yet.
