_very_ odd... does your CPU spike when this happens? does it happen with other menus or just the panel? do you have your panel set to autohide, or any other non-default panel settings?

I do have auto-hide set. This happens with pretty much all KDE menus, (so right click menus included.) I don't see any spikes when this happens, just the menu stops responding and sometimes will pick up where it left off and other times ESC needs to be pressed to maintain any type of control of my desktop. Not exactly sure where I should be looking to see if there are errors being thrown.
