The only panel issue I have had seems to be on my laptop. I have Autohide turned on and sometimes when I mouse down to where the panel is it pops up and down in quick succession. I usually have to click off on the desktop and then mouse back to where the panel activates. I don't think my desktop system has ever done this. Could just be a memory issue. Just wanted to share that observation.
