I hadn't even realized that I was guilty of such a heinous crime. I frequently use the Reply/Delete "Feature" when sending msgs to many lists. Perhaps an auto generated message sent out monthly to all members on the list detailing the "accepted/suggested" practices as well as detailing CLUG's thoughts and philosophies might be a good tool to remind us what's kosher here. The same could also be sent out to all new members that join the list. I'm on a couple of lists that do this routinely and it seems to work well. Also, a link included at the bottom of all messages pointing to a FAQ with the same info might work.
