Hmmmm...maybe, but I don't think KWeather uses Yahoo! Weather at all. Also, 
that doesn't seem to account for the fact that by adding my station manually 
to the .kde/share/config/KWeatherServicerc and weather_panelappletrc files, 
then it works fine.

In researching this bug I found out that KWeather uses the METAR system and 
gets its report from nws.noaa.gov. When I type in CYYC at

http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/metar.shtml

I get this report:

CYYC 052200Z 27019KT 40SM FEW080 FEW200 BKN260 03/M10 A3001 RMK AC1CI1CI0 
SLP200

which, according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/METAR seems correct for 
Calgary right now.
