Agreed -- the base presentation is done.  As usual I like to bring a 
slightly different perspective and get people thinking.  You are dead 
right about the audience, but does anyone know anything about the 
demographics of the attendees?  From what I have seen in the last two 
years, it is mostly *nixphiles.

I had wanted to focus sometime on FOSS, however your comment has just 
made me realize that my focus is not sufficient -- thanks.  With regards 
to the issues and challenges of IT, I could disagree with that -- it 
would depend upon the audience that is there, both topics could be of value.
