I'd be happy to do a quick Scalix presentation. Scalix is a mail server that runs on Linux, and provides Exchange functionality to Outlook users. It also connects to Evolution, and provides a wicked webclient. Open Source. 20 years of proven history. Kev.

It's better to explain how FOSS is viable for one thing or another than to give a general overview of the issues and challenges of IT in general if that is what the audience is there to discover.
