Szemir talked about an Italian firewall that was hot and there has been
other talks on the list. While you did one on IPCop a ways back, it
might be a good place to start. One thought was to have a topic a month
in an order that was of interest to a new Linux user, to have more than
one contributer on a same topic and though not discussed at the exec
meeting - I like to see a nubie to nubie corner where we can capitalize
on materials presented (when possible and appropriate) by new Linux
users to create a resource for future Linux users.

An audio talk would also be an excellent topic as would a general
multimedia talk. Multimedia is one of the more challenging areas both
for linux and windows users alike and presents a substantial barrier to
those migrating from windows to linux. I remember an article in a
recent linux magazine relating to migration difficulties.

I know it can seem to be like a chore but could I get Gustin and Szemir
to supply a 25-50 word blurb on your topic - I would like to see not
only the topic advertise but also a bit on the talk as well.
