The timings I heard were that the volunteers should show up for 6:00pm next Thursday at SAIT. This gives the planning team an hour to get any of the usual tasks out of the way. The volunteers should expect to be at the meeting for a couple of hours, though after the first hour or so, it'll come down to a personal choice how long you stay and help (I think).
