I have read some articles on the 3E-PC from some UK mags and I don't 
recall ever hearing of any locale based issues (i.e. changing keyboards, 
e-mail address, etc.).  From what I have seen, they just plug in and work.

I would imagine the only potential problems you may have is accessing 
networks while you are there, but if you are staying in "North American" 
branded hotels, you should be ok.

I did a Google search on the following:
* eee-pc greece problems
* eee-pc greece issues

and the only things that really came up were related to them not having 
enough of them and selling out quickly.  Maybe check the 3E-PC forums 
and see what they say.
