Check the input voltage on the adapter (canadian) you already have. If it's anything like a normal laptop adapter it'll take 110- 240 VAC, which means it will work in any Country in Europe -- most are 240 V I think.
You can buy adapter kits for the plug itself at most drug stores. I have found them at Shoppers (here) Carrefour (France) and Boots (England) as I seem to loose the damn things regularly.
