With That configuration in mind (sounds the same as mine at the moment), check out synergy.
http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/ It gives me access to my second computer (at least one screen) with my single mouse and keyboard. It's not a kvm but it's an interesting solution to desk clutter. If so I would like to see your xorg.conf file when you have it working. A lot of systems I buy have on-board video and an AGP/PCI-E slot that will accept the ever more common dual output cards. I would be very easy today to get the hardware setup for three monitors but I have not found any way to set Xorg to use three. It could give me clues on how to expand my four monitor system to be five. On Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 6:26 PM, Chris q <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Yah I am. I decided to just buy three monitors and switch one. It's cheaper than the gefen kvm by a large margin and only slightly more expensive than the other dual dvi kvms I've found. That would be four video inputs, two from each computer. Thanks for the links. I know someone that will want that IOgear KVM.
