astraweb is the way to go. I'm on Shaw and am easily maxing out my
connection any time I try to download anything (1.8 MB/second to 2.2
MB/second). They are almost at 800 days of retention now, offer unlimited
downloading for 13 bucks a month billed quarterly, ssl connections and I
have yet to see them go down for any reason. I have been using them for a
year and a half now and have had no problems whatsoever.
