I can not create a CMP0054 free version of cmConditionEvaluator.cxx by simply removing content from the file (or the patch). I would have to add back lines to cmConditionEvaluator.cxx which where removed while they were still in cmIfCommand.cxx.
The problem is that I am not sure how to do that properly.
