Subject: QI - Dehydration

Just looking at our QI's, & I'm trying to understand why the dehydration percentile rank was so high (86), when the # in the numerator was only 2.  Any help I could get to understand this would be greatly appreciated.  Also, if "end stage disease, 6 or fewer months to live" is checked, are these residents excluded from the numerator?  Thank-You!
