Don't know if this will help, but one of things some of my staff do is to print out the last complete MDS, and then enter the new answers onto it. When there is a difference in a number of the areas, it will really stick out. Problem is getting quick responses from soc. wk, and activities. Nursing can usually pretty much fill in the dietary portion off the top of their heads, with the wts, & diets on the chart.
