I am not sure I know what your asking but I will give it a try.

I believe the rationale would be to ensure these residents have activities of various choices to attend throughout the day.

Subject: activity raps - rationale for why N raps?

Why does activity rap when a resident is coded in 1)  N1 as being awake most of the time in mornings; and 2) N2 coded 0 (average time involved in activities = most).  I don't understand, sorry if I am being stupid again.  I have read the RAI section on N and still don't get it. thanks for enlightening me (again).
