Basically I look at this by  looking at this Rt. to ensure they are healthy
enough to be attending so many activities and not napping.

I am not sure I know what your asking but I will give it a try.
 
I believe the rationale would be to ensure these residents have activities
of various choices to attend throughout the day.

Why does activity rap when a resident is coded in 1)  N1 as being awake most
of the time in mornings; and 2) N2 coded 0 (average time involved in
activities = most).  I don't understand, sorry if I am being stupid again.
I have read the RAI section on N and still don't get it. thanks for
enlightening me (again).
