RAP QUESTION

I have a question about raps.  I have a res who's mds, a significant change, was done on Nov. 19, 2003.  Raps were due Nov. 26, 2003.  His was the only set I had to do for that week, imagine that, but when I got to work that moring he was having symptoms of chf, and was admitted to the hospital, after being seen at the clinic.   He is still there.  It has been a while since I had this happen, but I did not do his raps, due to him being hospitalized.  I made a note in the chart about his being put in the hospital, should I have done the raps? your input is greatly appreciated.
