I would complete the RAPs for that assessment. You may
need to do another sig change when he returns, but face
that when that happens.

I have a question about raps. I have a res who's mds,
a
significant change, was done on Nov. 19, 2003. Raps
were due Nov. 26,

imagine that, but
when I got to work that moring he was having symptoms
of chf, and was admitted

is still
there. It has been a while since I had this happen,
but I did not do his
raps, due to him being hospitalized. I made a note in
the chart about his
being put in the hospital, should I have done the raps?
your input is greatly
appreciated.
