Have your DNS refer to the following:
Code of federal regulations section 483.20(b)(1)(xvii) Resident Assessment /
comprehensive assessment / Resident assessment instrument - Documentation of
summary information regarding the additional assessment performed through
resident assessment protocols.
Also refer to the MDS 2.0 manual chapter 4
