Resident needs an 0/5. However, if softwear is a problem you have no
choice but to do an 0/1. As far as Surveyors go, I not had a problem when I've
done an 0/1 instead of an 0/5, but who really knows....... Most likely will
depend on their mood, and how hard they have to look to find
deficenices.
