Since I get flamed by MANY members of this group very frequently for my direct comments, you might be surprised to find I find this comment way out of line and "offensive," to quote certain members. Yes, I've had a surveyor tell me "I don't have to show YOU anything, you have to show me!" (true story), yet other surveyors have been known to be more than helpful, and have given invaluable advice!
