I have a resident that was last tx by rehab on 12/5.  OMRA would be done 12/13, 12/14, or 12/15.  Resident expired 12/16.  Do I still need to do the OMRA?  Also, does the facility get paid for the day of death? or is his last med A day 12/15?    Thanks in advance
