I disagree. I thin an OMRA would still be needed as a new RUG score would
need to be shown effective one of those three days. Unfortunately you would
only need it for one day but I think you still need it. You may want to
check with your fiscal intermediary to be sure.

Facility does not get paid for the day of death so I
would say you do not need to bill for future days
which is what an OMRA assessment is for. So, do not do
the assessment.
