Any RNAC who is salaried, in my opinion, is a bargain to the facility. I rarely work less than 50 hours in a pay period and am salaried..... I totally agree. I am hourly and prefer to stay that way. Too many times we are inundated with the revolving door syndrome and tons of extra/early quarterlies and new admits, ect need to be done and forget doing it on salary. We would never get the time to take off any comp time earned! I'll take the overtime.
