I am hourly, but still have total flexability. We can come and go pretty much as we
please as long as we are here for the 9:45am meeting, care plans and weekly medicare
meeting. I am able to take long weekends at will; although, I always pay for it
before and after as there is no to pick up and help out. I am on the call schedule
for weekends, but we get $50/day just to carry the pager so it is easy to give call
away. The last call I did was in 2002. Other places I have worked were not this
flexable, but when I came to current facility I requested the ability to have a very
flexable schedule.
