That's
part of why we developed our policy on "worksheets" as our charts were becomig
totally unmanageable with all of the records that we were summarizing in MDS and
Nurse's Notes. Mark Abrahamson, R.N.,M.A.
Does anyone have a policy or now of
regulations in regards to what stays in the permanent chart or what we can
thin from the chart. The charts can only hold soo much paperwork if you
know what I mean and we want to make sure we are in compliance. Any
input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
