I understand your
response, but am baffled. There is not enough room on the summary sheet to put
all the reference dates etc. There were some SNF in my area that just did
a check off system, and the citations killed them. I take each section
that triggered (and some that didn'l) ADL # : Triggered ...and list exactly
what triggered then type my narrative. Yes I can combine them. This is what
eats hours of my time, but the state always has commented on how they love the
raps. I refer in that particular rap where info may be referred to as well
such as H/P, labs etc. I would love to NOT have to do this, but it is
from my understanding telling a "story" just for this resident is what
keeps me from getting cited. The care plan also takes hrs of my time.
Mandatory in my book on everyone is Falls, Skin. Now if someone could give me
info on how to cut time away from from c/p's I would have it made. I do not
use "canned" care plans. Thank you
