That is what I was thinking.  If it is not in the LPN to do an assessment, how can they do an MDS?  
This is nothing against LPN"S ---- The corporation I work for will not allow LPN'S to complete MDS'
Is there any kind of reg on this?  And what is with April 1? Are the rules going to change???
