would changing the type of assessment change the case mix?? I'm just curious,
cause type of assessment is not a payment item. However, in ND, we have to do
full assessments for each quarterly - are some payment items left off of a
shorter quarterly?? I wouldn't want to do raps on everyone every 3 months,
that's for sure. JMO>
