What Assessment

I need help determining what type of assessment I should be doing.

This is the scenario

1/6/04 Discharged return expected from a medicare bed into a private pay (non certified) bed

1/27/04 Resident fell and broke hip and arm admitted to hospital

2/4/04 Back to nursing home – in medicare bed, continues with original med a stay I did a reentry

2/9/04 (I know it is day 6) now should I do scoc (meets the criteria and probably would even if I would wait 14 days?)

I need a comprehensive assessment – I usually do with 14 day but family is here now to care plan with so wanted to do it with this assessment

and should I also do a medicare readmission/return 03/05 hipps 35 or should I do

SSOC /5 day medicare (03/01) hipps 31

Or should I do something different?

I know what I would really like to do but it involves sun, sand, water, and an umbrella drink ; >
