Your 5 day MDS pays you through day 14. So if day 14 is the last
covered day, no you wouldn't have to do a 14 day. If day 15 is the last
covered day and you want Medicare to pay you for that day, you do have
to do a 14 day.

If you give a notice of discontinuation of skilled services on day 14
effective day 15 do you still have to do a 14 day PPS?

Thanks in advance for your help!
