Sorry, you didn't specify they were discharged...however, the manual states admission assessment must be completed by the 14th day. I read that as being the 14th day at midnight.
If they discharged on Day 14, (and I know that wasn't part of the original scenario),I believe an OBRA admission assessment is not required.
