Sorry, you didn't specify they were
discharged...however, the manual states admission assessment must be
completed by the 14th day. If the resident was discharged on the 15th day I
would have already completed the assessment
If you give a notice of
discontinuation of skilled services on day 14 effective day 15 do
you still have to do a 14 day PPS?
