I have discoved that one of our RAC made some entry errors on the Admission MDS that resulted in a lower RUG rate. Is there anyway to go back and correct this if there have been subsequent MDS's submitted? Also, how do I make certain our software uses the right "edits" to check prior to submission. Where can download edits for software? Does anyone use the CMS provided software? Please help.
