I work in a hospital based skilled and we do not do any kind of cardiac drips they have to be in ICU or CCU with monitors on.

I would think a Nitro drip is for ICU?CCU. I wouldn't even feel comfortable doing a Nitro drip on a regular unit in the hospital.
