As long as some of us are showing our age…..remember when you didn’t use a wool blanket in a room where oxygen was in use?  And of course my favorite wound treatments were bourbon/bismuth or scotch/sugar. No, no, those weren’t my favorites….they were the doctor’s favorites!  How many people had a med cart with bottles of wine in the bottom for that 4 oz qhs routine?  And don’t forget stock bottles of ASA, MOM, and black draught!   Cil Bullard RN, CPC
